In this role, you will support and assist in the execution of AVCA’s integrated marketing and communications strategy, strengthening the organisation’s visibility, stakeholder engagement, and brand presence across multiple platforms. 

Africa50 is an infrastructure investor and asset manager that contributes to Africa's growth by developing and investing in bankable projects, catalysing public sector capital, and mobilizing private sector funding. Africa50 has raised over US$1 billion so far from 33 African countries, the African Development Bank, two African Central Banks and Africa’s largest pension fund. The Senior Investment Director role is to provide senior leadership and hands-on execution capability across the full private equity life cycle – origination, underwriting, structuring, execution, portfolio value creation, and exits – to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns for the IAF’s equity and quasi equity investments. The role is expected to operate at near-Partner level, representing the Fund with CEOs, shareholders, regulators, co-investors and LPs, and leading complex transactions from ideation through to realization.

To provide end-to-end legal support to Axian Energy’s project teams (Development, M&A, Finance, Construction, Operations). The role covers early-stage development, project structuring, project finance, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the legal security and performance of all energy projects across Africa.
