Aleyo's portfolio buys into Penflex
Footprints Education Group (FEG), an education investment platform entirely owned by Aleyo Growth Fund I, has acquired a 24% equity interest in Penflex, a South African manufacturer of diverse plastic products for the domestic and export markets. As part of the transaction, Penflex’s management team has lifted its own shareholding by a further 11%, deepening its position in the business to 51%.

B Investments exits three solar plants in Egypt
The board of the Egyptian private equity group, B Investments Holding, has approved the divestment of its stake in Infinity Solar power projects (Infinity Solar 1, 2, and 3) in Benban Solar Park for $8.25 million, marking a full exit from renewables. The Board also authorized Hazem Barakat, the company’s Chairman, to undertake all necessary actions and legal procedures to finalize the transaction, the company said in a disclosure to the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX).
